Cobia Steak

Cobia fish is known as black salmon in Indonesia. Cobia fish is also high in protein, omega-3, many vitamins, and minerals such as vitamin A, B6, vitamin D, magnesium, potassium. On the other hand, cobia fish has white flesh believed to be healthier than red-fleshed fish. Cobia fish is very suitable to be eaten in the form of fillets and steaks.

Crab Sticks

Crab sticks is a type of seafood made of starch and finely pulverized white fish that has been shaped and cured to resemble the leg meat of snow crab or Japanese spider crab. It is a product that uses fish meat to imitate shellfish meat. Crab sticks also known as kani.

Vannamei Shrimp

Indonesia Vannamei Shrimp is the second largest producer of whiteleg shrimp in the world. Vannamei shrimp has an excellent characteristic and this is why the shrimp is largely cultivated mostly in the farm. Indonesia vannamei shrimp mostly sold raw, frozen, and peeled forms.
